Bill Gates is required to appear in a Dutch court following a recent ruling that he lost a lawsuit related to COVID-19 vaccine injuries. The District Court of Leeuwarden determined on October 16, 2024, that the court has jurisdiction over Gates, despite his claims to the contrary due to his status as a U.S. citizen.1
